I paid via Traveloka, the ticket has been issued. When I checked in at the hotel, CS said that they no longer collaborated with Traveloka and OYO and the answers given to all my questions were unknown, AC cannot be adjusted, TV cannot be watched, dirty towels, hollow blankets, nothing WiFi, plugs away from the bed, no toiletries, the price is quite expensive for the facilities obtained. Very disappointed.

Not worth mentioning lodging / hotel. Dirty floors, beds, mattresses (springs spring out), bathrooms are very, very dirty. There was no shower, the water tap was stuck, the AC was hot and seemed to have to be serviced. disappointed and sorry. Balong Curing (hotel) No!

The facilities are not satisfactory. Swimming pool only for 2 people. Even though the swimming pool is a hotel facility. Moreover, I ordered a VIP room. The state of the room is less clean. There are dead cockroaches, lots of lizard droppings. Until I asked the officer to clean it again. AC is not cold enough. Bath equipment only soap only. There is no drinking water. TV acts because it hasn't paid for its prepaid TV.

A nice inn for a family. But sorry the reception does not have info that Westafel is broken. So right when the tap water is used in floods. There is a swimming pool facility. It is possible to pay even if hotel guests too. When asked to the receptionist. He said free. But the money I paid at the swimming pool window was no longer given to me. One more facility on the website is a water heater for coffee / tea. Presumably no. If you want hot water we have to ask again from the receptionist. So work twice. About the price friendly. Room cleanliness still dirty floors and lots of cobwebs. In our opinion, the owner is lacking and the resort is cheap but must be fragrant room Let users be more comfortable.
