Just like to stay here because access everywhere is fast and easy, and many food places can be reached by foot, and also with the Pekanbaru mall shopping center, just walk for a short time to arrive, basically every time you go to Pekanbaru, stay here, hopefully the hotel services and facilities can be increased again βΊοΈπππ»

This is a rustic experience when I first stayed at this hotel, with a relatively affordable price, we get very good facilities, such as spacious, comfortable rooms, inside rooms, coffee makers, tables and chairs for relaxing, and there is a balcony directly facing outside the hotel with views of the city of Pekanbaru, the service is also good, the hotel also has a swimming pool, it should be noted for guests who want to stay here first deposit, but a little unfortunate when staying does not include breakfast. Next time will stay here againπ

Including the old hotel in Pekanbaru which was formerly known as the Ladiva Hotel. No need to expect too high because it must also be adjusted to the budget. I stayed in a deluxe type room and it was quite according to my expectations. The bathroom uses bathtubs and is fairly clean for an old hotel. It's just very clear when I check-in that the sheets and blankets are not replaced because they look brownish, how come, especially during a pandemic season like this, fortunately I always carry spray disinfectant with me. The WiFi network also didn't reach my room at 303. But cable TV channels were quite varied. And can soak in warm water in bathtubs. Because I have a quite memorable New Year's moment here, I can forgive some of the shortcomings.

I like the service for the second time I ordered at this hotel. For the first order I was very satisfied but when I deliberately took a standard room because it only made a few hours because I checked in it was already night too and plans for the morning to leave again. But this time the oath was really bad this time I was really disappointed. I got room 319 on the 3rd floor at the far right π I swear this time I was disappointed, I don't need to reveal it but the photos just describe the real situation.

The customer service is not friendly .. The rooms are stuffy and dirty .. The sheets were not replaced, still a lot of blood and rust on the sheets ... The room was not cleaned .. The bathroom was dark and the hot water didn't work .. _ This hotel needs maintenance_
