Very bad. The black toilet is really dirty, the toilet is muddy and very dirty. The door to the toilet can't be locked, the AC can't be set and it's very hot, when I complain to the hotel, I'm a customer who is yelled at and cursed at. The first time I was disappointed and disappointed staying at the hotel. If there is a minus rate, the value of this hotel is minus 10 times because it is so bad.

The blood-stained bed was never washed, it was dirtier than a school toilet. Don't believe it, just try it.

Guests arrive, lobby is locked. The staff told me to wait because he was eating. The sheets and blankets were very dirty, black, smelly and had lots of stains. Dirty bathroom. Entered my room when I was not there to turn off the AC without permission. It's really devastating 🤬😡.
