The room was dirty, the sheets were really dirty, it looked like they hadn't been washed or changed, the price on the app had already been paid, but when we arrived at the hotel we were asked to pay again, it was like we were being trapped, it's really not recommended.

The hotel staff is nice, the place is cool. But there are a lot of cigarette butts, the sheets look really old and smell of drool, the toilet flush is rotten, the tap is broken, and lastly the price on the app is not the same as the real price, so it's better to just go straight away so you won't be surprised. It's really disappointing.

The price is not right, when we arrived at the location the receptionist said the price had changed, the price in the application was not updated, DISAPPOINTED! How could it not be right.

This hotel/shophouse is actually nice, comfortable and strategic, but unfortunately I got scammed by the receptionist who asked me for additional fees because the price on the Traveloka application had not been updated! I was asked for additional fees according to the room rental price without the application. From the application I got a price of 101,000 rupiah and at my place I was asked for 99,000 rupiah for additional fees. Via transfer, this is the first time I have experienced this while using Traveloka! I have reported it to the Traveloka application via email but until now there has been no follow-up! It's not a matter of the nominal but the quantity times 10 people were scammed per person 100 thousand is already 1 million. Please follow up if necessary the owner must know about this. Thank you.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the hotel room which makes it uncomfortable.
