The location of the trip is bad, the venue has been changed and the first one is better
For the rooms, some are given mineral water, some are not, the hot water is only warm for a few seconds
The cleanliness is very lacking and it seems like it is not maintained, the price is not really worth it to stay there at that price

Nice view. Highly recommended for staying with family, children and friends. There is also a playground. Restaurants are nearby. The price is reasonable. But if you come at night like I did yesterday, the wait is quite long. Plus you have to give a tip for the vehicle, whether ordering an ojol or whatever because it is far from the main road.

This is my first and last visit, basically the biggest problem is only the bathtub/jacuzzi that can't be used, because the heater doesn't work and the water is dirty, cloudy yellow.
After calling here and there, it was finally fixed, eh it was the turn of another problem, the water was yellow, until I turned it on all night it was still yellow, eh there was another problem, why was the jacuzzi water not full when turned on all night, 5 hours the jacuzzi tap water was not full (maybe the drain was leaking, I closed it but it still wasn't full) the water was only ankle deep,. ahh I don't know 😅😅.
If there are other small problems, there are still tolerable ones, because no one is perfect.
But if the jacuzzi can't be used, this has lowered my expectations by 80%. I'm sorry to say.
Very bad experience.
Where the standards are different again, some Gili have available places to hang out, canopies, some don't.
but the jacuzzi and the 'WATER' problem in the cold location is really bad.
internet is lola, tv is so-so, my child keeps crying and wants to swim in the jacuzzi, ah I don't know 😄😄

Recommended for resting, the price is also affordable, it's just that the road is a bit difficult and it's quite far to get inside, the rooms are actually comfortable but unfortunately the rooms on the ground floor don't have air conditioning so they're very stuffy, the area isn't too cold, try a room on the ground floor that has air conditioning, it's definitely very comfortable.

+: There are free ATVs and bicycles. The room matches the photo. There is a place for rabbits to play too. Suitable for families. -: access is a bit difficult. For the type I ordered. There is only free purple drink around 200ml. Can't get mineral water. If it's a very hot day. The heat from the roof penetrates into the bedroom. In my opinion, the AC capacity is insufficient to handle the heat during the day. And yesterday it was fly season so there were lots of flies around the room. Currently under construction too. So the sound of heavy equipment is noisy.

Road access is a bit narrow & not smooth. During the day it's really hot in the mezzanine / bedroom / 2nd floor because there is no AC. It's very cold at night. The suggestion is that if you want to check in in the afternoon around 5, it will be a bit cool. Delicious food. The mini cafe's drinks are also delicious. The children's playground is not big enough, it looks like it will be better soon. Hot water access is available. Cutlery, frying pans and a hot water kettle are provided, there is also a wash sink. For that price in Bandung, it is very affordable.

Kesan pertama low expectation. Jalanan akses sangat buruk dan curam. Keluar dari toll jauh menuju ke sininya, dan sempit sekali, sangat berhati-hati dan harus pastikan rem kendaraan aman, karena curam. Jika musim hujan lebih sangat-sangat tidak di sarankan. Pelayanannya biasa saja standard, setiap pelanggan apa-apa jauh kemana-mana bahkan jika ada complain harus ke reseption dahulu (No respect pelayanannya). Pemandangannya sudah mulai tidak bagus banyak cotage jadi tidak menarik, *harga sangat mahal hampir 1jt tidak sesuai ekspektasi*, Tempat hanya 1 kamar dan repot sekali kamar di mezanin, namun Toilet di lantai. Dasar. Merepotkan, AC nyoloknya ke samping tempat tidur tidak safety, pertama sampe banyak semut karena ada bekas daging busuk, ternyata ini perumahan yang disewakan jadi setiap rumah akan beda-beda fasilitasnya jangan berharap sama, ada banyak yang tidak ada AC nya. Kalo siang panas banget sampai 35-36°c ampun. Parkir mobil cukup 1 aja, kalo lebih parkir di sisi jalan, Sarapan ambil sendiri ke Cafe yang jauh dari penginapan jalan sendiri. Welcome drink suruh ambil sendiri. Front office adalah pelayan terdepan, semoga bisa lebih baik dan ramah.

My experience with my family staying one night was very memorable. Like at home, you can cook, complete with cutlery, the facilities are okay, the service is fast, the staff is friendly, the air is cool. Hopefully next time you can stay again with conditions that are getting tidier 👍🏻.
