My staycation was great overall, but there was one hiccup: I accidentally left behind my serum meds (which is pretty important). Totally my fault. I only realized it once I got home at night. I called to ask if they’d found it, but they checked and said nothing was there. It might’ve gotten thrown out since it was just a small box. I’d assumed they’d keep lost items for 24 hours, but no luck. Well, the stay itself was really enjoyable

Overall, our staycation at Pan Pacific Jakarta was wonderful. The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, we had some suggestions regarding the breakfast experience. The variety of food during breakfast was somewhat limited for a 5-star hotel. Additionally, we weren't informed that we could order from the à la carte menu, which led to a shorter breakfast experience than we had anticipated. It would be helpful if the staff could proactively share this information with guests. We also noticed that the service at the restaurant could be more attentive. While staff in other areas of the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff seemed less engaged. Improving this aspect would enhance the overall dining experience. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future. Thank you for the hospitality!

Good : 1. Really like the cleanliness: bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, bathroom, bedroom: clean & pure white. The amenities are also clean & complete 2. All staff are friendly, Mr. Gathan who assisted me to the mall tq, the staff in the parking lot who were quick to help me to the car & to the door (panfic & royal) tq 4. The room & lobby love it 5. The bathroom is nice & clean, with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, handgel & body lotion, the scent is really nice & luxurious ... love it 6. Really like the location near the mall & on Sundays can walk to CFD and close to HI Average: 1. The BF menu is very lacking in variety ... with that price ... the good thing is because there is a menu in the catalog that can be requested & can be taken away to the room (I like this one because I can take away to the room, bring drinks etc, but my drink was left in the room's refrigerator lol). Staying here for 3 days, the menu is still the same wkwkwkkk ... Suggestion: the buffet menu may not be as much as it is now, but the catalog menu should have different stock variations for 7 days, so that customers don't get bored Too bad: 1. A hotel as good & expensive as this, it's a shame that the wastewater in the bathroom is not good ... the water drainage hole is really bad ... with an inappropriate slope ... so that for 3 days every time we took a shower (while taking a shower & after taking a shower) we HAD to scoop it with our feet so that the water would come out quickly ... otherwise the water would overflow into the sink area ... it's a shame that a hotel as good & expensive as this has a bad building design .... I wanted to ask to move rooms but I was too lazy to move because all the items were already opened in the room 2. Ordered on traveloka and took a room with late co benefit 2 hours later (already paid for this) eh the hotel said it depends on availability... hey I was furious... I had already chosen that package on Traveloka & had paid for it, but it was the hotel that was confused, but in the end we were able to get that benefit... even though we actually checked in at 12.30 (we actually chose the one at 14.00 just to prepare for prayer etc). Everything was fabulous, except that the pool was often in service that it wasn’t available for much use. My child was a bit disappointed that they couldn’t use the pool as often as they would like to. On our last night, we ordered in room service. We were promised that it would be delivered in 30-35 mins, our order didn’t arrive until in about an hour or so and we were told that it was due to the amount of order that the kitchen was handling at the moment, which was interesting as we were told before that the hotel’s occupancy was only about 30%. Our order finally came with the chicken being under cooked. But, other than that everything else was beautiful and impeccably clean. We’re planning to come stay again, hopefully next time we’ll be able to use the pool more 😊
