Wow, I am so happy to see the review that Mrs. Meidina gave. Very informative and also amazing photos from various directions of our Pancar View Guest House. And above all, the most important thing is her prayers. We are very grateful for everything that has been given by Mrs. and her family. We apologize if it was a bit difficult to book our place, this is because the number of rooms is limited, and on weekends it is often full. Even if it is Peak Season and Long Weekend, it is better to book well in advance, so as not to disappoint Mrs. and her family who want to stay again at our place. It is very true, sir, if you only look at the pictures and reviews, sometimes you can't get the best experience, like swimming only in theory and drinking coffee without inhaling the aroma, you definitely don't want to repeat it, right, sir :) However, if you and your family have been back and forth here, until you memorized all the facilities, the experience you get will definitely make you come back again, the nose that inhales the fresh pure air and the clear eyes that see the mountains up close (only with the naked eye) will definitely restore the freshness and enthusiasm of you and your family. If you crave a quiet rest with a stunning view, this is a recommended place. Although the location is in a housing complex, all rooms face Mount Pancar. The 2nd and 3rd floors use a ramp so that wheelchairs can easily go up. I really like the mattress because it is not too soft. Very clean. And the breakfast provided is also OK, especially if eaten on the 4th floor, amazing. The receptionist is also friendly and helpful. Cool, hopefully it can continue to provide good service and even improve.

Ready Mr. Yan, thank you very much for the amazing review given, and of course we will continue to improve the service that we can provide amidst our limitations as a small Guest House but receiving many of the best reviews from our guests. And this is the first time I have read about the mattresses we use, and indeed those who only see from afar or only read, will find it difficult to get an extraordinary experience at our place, one of which is the type of mattress we use in each room is a model that is safe for the spine, so that when our guests come with a rather tired face, they can go home cheerfully because they can sleep soundly, not sore when they wake up, plus just like you who enjoy breakfast in the morning while watching the sunrise from the peak of Mount Pancar from our RoofTop on the top floor which is very close (there is no other accommodation like ours that is located very close to the mountains). Overall, everything is really good. An experience that always makes you feel at home and will want to come back again. Thank you, Sir, Ma'am for serving wholeheartedly, responsive, friendly, and helpful 🙏🏻. The view always makes you miss it because it's so beautiful. The facilities are good, wifi, TV, hot and cold dispensers on each floor, plus you can use cutlery whenever you need it, there is also a microwave that can be used anytime. You won't get bored staying in the room for a long time because the view is that beautiful. 🥰 I don't know how many times I've come back here, I just miss the view 🫶🏻

The view is really nice, directly to Mount Pancar. Netflix is smooth, just use it. What I like the most is that it is very clean and tidy. The sheets have also just been changed. You can choose between uduk/yellow rice and chicken porridge for breakfast. Worth it for this price

Thank you Mrs. D*i for the feedback given to Pancar View. We apologize for the less than delicious food, at that time it was still the Eid holiday so our main suppliers had not come in / opened all, and because of the expensive price of raw materials during Eid, maybe there were incomplete food ingredients they provided. Because the number of our rooms is currently also not many, so until now most of the breakfast is provided by third parties, and regarding the taste also matches the taste of the guests who stay, hopefully in the future we will also be able to make / prepare a simple breakfast that we make ourselves or we will also provide a room price that is ordered without breakfast so that those who have different tastes can choose that type of room. Thank you Mrs. C*h for the best review given to Pancar View, we are very happy that you and your extended family can feel at home staying here, and it is true that the photo you attached, one photo a thousand words is not enough, the moment only happens once a year, Right on New Year's Eve, you can see the fireworks party around us with a view of around 300 degrees to several locations from our Roof Top on the top floor, and the Roof Top is very comfortable to use to enjoy breakfast while watching the sun rise from behind Mount Pancar together with your extended family every morning. Also the organic Uli Banana that we provide at special events for you and your family, is a special Banana from Bojong Koneng village, a village that has now become a "Ring 1" area. Because the Banana is generally fried or boiled when consumed, while the one we provide is right to be eaten on that day. Of course we will wait for you and your family to return to our Guest House which has a limited number of rooms so as to maintain the comfort of all guests at the maximum level. And our prayers for all our guests who stay, especially in the new year 2025 to be more successful and healthy and always happy until we can meet again. Amen.

Thank you Mrs. Desi for the review given, we are very happy if you and your partner can feel at home here, and it is true, Mrs., that our goal for guests who come is that they can staycation by seeing the natural scenery of God's creation which is extraordinarily beautiful and cannot be valued with material alone. And the bed we use is a type that is good for the spine (Pedic) so that it makes all guests who rest comfortable, when they come with a tired face but after waking up it makes them fresh again plus clean air rich in Oxygen that can be inhaled as much as possible without pollution and cost. In the future we still have a project related to drinking coffee, but for now we have not relaunched it, hopefully in the coming year, we can return to complete the project of "drinking" delicious coffee in front of beautiful scenery for our guests who are the same as us also like drinking coffee in front of a beautiful mountain. See you again for your next visit, we will update all the information available through our communication channels as usual, including through Traveloka, a booking application that is not complicated and can be relied on by all of us. It 's a wonderful view, especially for a short stay. We don't have any other activities except watching TV, but we enjoy the amazing view. I'd like to thank Travel Loka for making it easier to find a good location to spend our weekend. You have to order your food before it 's a long distance to the city center.

And you are correct Pak, we have amazing view directly from each room that can see Mount Pancar that really near to our Guest House and several mountains behind it, plus we do have Android TV that not only can showing local digital TV without set up box, we also provide our guest with Netflix and You tube that can show any kind of entertainment directly only using single button at remote Android TV as simple as that.
Usually our guest also order food directly to our local partner in room service and many more options now using online food delivery that can reach our place easily, the same like you can order Pancar View again with Travel Loka to stay more longer days in our guest house in the future with your family and friends.

Thank you very much Mrs. H*a*i for the review given, and apologize for the inconvenience related to the AC not being cold enough in the 3rd floor room. And we also only found out after the next guest informed us who stayed in the room after you. And as soon as we received information from the next guest, we immediately provided another replacement room, as per our standard of care, so that all guests can get optimal service from us. So at the beginning of the working day after the weekend, we also immediately called the official AC technician, and based on the results of their examination, it was discovered that the propeller motor that used the dynamo was weak, this was because many guests chose this room, because this room is a favorite room so it is very often rented by our Guest House guests. And we immediately fixed it on the day the AC technician came with a normal propeller motor. So there have been no more complaints about the AC not being cold enough until today. We apologize for the inconvenience that you and your family experienced, where we were also not informed about this when you and your family stayed. I didn't expect there to be a cute hotel in an elite housing complex in Sentul City. All the facilities are good and the best. It's a shame we only stayed for one night but we could enjoy the view of Mount Pancar, the breeze and the coolness towards evening. Always be successful for the Pancar View Hotel.

Comfortable and homey. The owner is very informative and friendly. It feels like chatting with your own father. There is no elevator but wheelchair friendly. Even entering the room and bathroom can be accessed by wheelchair. Soft mattress, clean and fragrant sheets and blankets, clean bathroom, soap and toothpaste along with toothbrush are available. Towels are also provided. Water heater is great. Slippers are available. Cold AC, dispensers on each floor, and wifi is also available. When checking in, we were asked what we wanted for breakfast. The choices were uduk rice, yellow rice or chicken porridge. We chose chicken porridge and it was delicious! In the room, there were 2 bottles of free mineral water, sugar, tea, coffee and cups. It felt like staying in a hotel. Definitely will come back to stay here. Thank you Pancar View.

Ready, Mrs. Ria, thank you very much for the review and very good suggestions, we immediately fixed it yesterday after reading this input by replacing the jet shower for the closet in room 3F. Maybe because this is a favorite room with a double view from the front and side, so it is rented too often by our guests and this has resulted in accelerated repairs to the equipment used, especially in this room. Thank you for your testimony regarding the rooms which we have looked after since opening until now to keep them as clean as possible. Thank you for the unique photo provided, it is 5 layers of mountains, so it is true that the closest one in front of us is Mount Pancar itself, but behind Mount Pancar, we can still see 4 more mountains arranged beautifully, especially when the sky is clear and very beautiful. The last but not least, is the review value given, very original because from the beginning of the review until now, the average is 9.4 so Mr Andri's review reflects the overall reviews of our guests who have stayed, and we have a challenge to improve the service and anything we can do to further increase our average review score to more than 9.4 in the future. It's true, only the Pancar View Guest House has a direct view of Mount Pancar, and has RoofTop facilities suitable for breakfast or afternoon snacks while looking at Mount Pancar which is very close to Pancar View, and other potential guests need to be careful because of the Other places are irresponsible so they manipulate photos taken at our place which makes it seem like they have a direct view of Mount Pancar like us.
