They allotted as 212 room and we found bed bugs after one days..worst experience..even though location is near beach..this experience made us sad..dodnt expect a four star hotel like this..the property is also bit run down looked old..after we complain they provide us another room and offered massage to us..but still i request ppl to chk the room ..bed, headboard clearly before accept the room..it was infested with bed bugs fully..surely this is not first time they are having this issue..that much infestations it had

I really liked this resort. The staff are delightful and helpful. The grounds and pool area is lush and tropical. They put on entertainment some nights which was a real bonus. The restaurant was very reasonable and food good for a good price.
The biggest negative was the WiFi is barely functional. We had staff in the room multiple times and for a hour at a time trying to fix the issue. It still remained intermittent and slow after a lot of effort on their part.
Still like this resort regardless.

Every staff member is very attentive and friendly. Beautiful tropical paradise around the pool and the lobby area is very nice. The beach is a very short walk with access to restaurants and shopping.

Loved this one with all the waterfalls inside and out was so peaceful yet easy walk to shops and beach front also very nice meals staff where great and you can hire bikes to ride boardwalk will recommend thank you

Super late checkin was fine. Had a room with direct access to the pool area which was great. Smooth pathways around the complex made it quick and quiet with a pram. Location was fantastic.

A lovely traditional hotel the staff are excellent. Elou at the restaurant is wonderful she makes everyone’s day start off perfectly and is a real asset to Parigata.
We are enjoying our stay it’s very peaceful by the pool with gorgeous gardens surrounding the rooms.

Staying at the Parigata has been wonderful, very family friendly,we took our 2&4yr old. Highly recommend. Booked the family deluxe room, very spacious. Bathroom was good with bath for kids.
The staff were SO SO lovely and helpful. The breakfast includes was odd but fine, included a 4-course breakfast instead of buffet. We never got sick from the food here. Hqd lunch and dinner also. Very reasonable on prices. Offers room service.
The pool had kids part which my kids loved. Pool towels are available always.
Sanur is quiet but lovely. The hotel is tucked down a little lane, 2min walk to the beach, 3 Min walk to the closest mini mart for water and 5min walk to the closest 'big' supermarket. 18min walk to big icon Bali shopping center along the beach front.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. I wish the ground floor rooms and the pool area were non-smoking; the smoke and smell tend to be enclosed in the pool area by the accommodation blocks and a high wall. Good breakfast options. A few minutes to the beach, and easy walk to Jl. Danau Tamblingan (high street) for shops, restaurants, spa, etc.

A Nice property and the staff are very pleasant it is very quiet with a small pool. Lovely gardens. A bar would be a nice touch. They used to have beach club to sit by the beach but not anymore. Enjoyed my stay
