The hotel was excellent, neat, clean, and had a beautiful view with a Spanish vibe. The air-conditioning was already switched on when we entered the room, making it cool and comfortable for us. The room was also fragrant, and each room had a different theme. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, who offered to take us on a late-night tour around Singkawang late at night because we were not sure about the transportation there. He even recommended and bring us to great places to eat and visit. He was very patient and accommodating, ensuring we had an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. Overall, 5 stars for the hotel and its service.

The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. When you choose the wrong room and you can't reschedule, the hotel helps you reschedule. Thank you for the service and the atmosphere of the rooms and hotel area is very attractive, it feels like you are abroad, especially the beautiful mountain view. The food is delicious and healthy because it contains plant-based ingredients without animal ingredients. Always successful, hopefully there will be other interesting additions in the future.

The sink water sometimes drains smoothly, sometimes it doesn't. It takes ages to ask for a bathroom mat before they give it to you. The lights go out, and there's no generator 😑

The room was cool, but I waited a day for toilet paper and it wasn't given. The shower water was slow. The worst part was the power outage, as there was no generator. A hotel of this class doesn't have a generator, so you have to wait until the electricity comes back on.

The hotel was quite good, both in terms of staff friendliness and service. Unfortunately, during our overnight stay, the hotel experienced a power outage at 7:00 PM. There was only one generator available for guests in the two-story villa cluster, while there was none for the regular deluxe rooms. The blackout lasted almost an hour, leaving us in our room without any lights, which was quite uncomfortable. The hotel should address this issue to ensure guests' comfort and a memorable stay.

The only hotel without a generator. If the power goes out, we'll just have to wait for PLN's help. With the added expense of a peak season, the family vacation is ruined. The kids can't sleep because of the heat.

For some reason, the toilet also smells very strong even though it has been sprayed with freshener and flushed many times. There is also a spot on the deck in the toilet that has black mold due to humidity, also the toilet shower already looks rusty. Please fix and improve it.. Room 103 selfie

Unfortunately, there was no electricity, and the generator was not working when we arrived. After a long journey from Kuching, we intended to take a nap, but it was too hot in the room, and there was no water supply as well. Hope the management will take action on this matter, where the generator should be working when there is no electricity, as the other hotel is working smoothly.

Some of the hotel staff were extremely unfriendly, especially the male receptionist. Hopefully, the hotel owner can provide training for the staff and receptionists, as otherwise, it will negatively impact the hotel itself. The hotel area experienced a power outage, but they didn't have a generator, claiming it was broken. However, I checked Google reviews a month ago and found a review that said there was no generator. Overall, the hotel was fine, but the staff and receptionist were extremely unfriendly.
