For yesterday's stay I was very disappointed because the room smelled musty, the white sheets were very dull and torn, the pillows smelled bad, the iron mattress was sticking out and pricking, in the morning the water was very cloudy and had black sand, the bathroom floor also had black sand because of the cloudy water, the bathroom when I first entered smelled like socks, 30 minutes before checking out my room was knocked on by the maid asking me whether I wanted to continue staying or check out, even though I had replied to my WA that I wanted to check out and was preparing for a while. Previously I always liked staying here because the price was very affordable. Is it because the price is cheap that the quality of cleanliness and service is reduced?

The room is quite spacious, about 3x3, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, there is a water heater, there are amenities (drinking water, hangers, cupboard, TV, soap & toothbrush). Suggestions for sheets & bed covers that are damaged or have stains do not use them again, because yesterday I complained that there was a dirty bed cover so the room boy replaced it with a new one.
