Beyond my expectations. The room was spacious, close to Alfamart, big size of swimming pool, and you can see the beach from your room. Mas Dika was very nice. Will be back for sure when we visit Rembang.

Every time my kids visit, they always stay here. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean. There's an Alfamart in front of the hotel, selling martabak (a type of martabak) and trendy coffee shops. There's a cafe next to the hotel and a restaurant. You can get to the town square by Grab and hop on and off the bus right in front of the hotel. It's all nice, comfortable, fragrant, and clean. The breakfast, however, is a bit lacking in flavor and variety. Improve the breakfast, and it'll definitely be more awesome.

Even though every time I go to Rembang I always choose to stay at the Pollos Hotel, but!!!! It's so disappointing, it's so complicated!!!! Hotel guests are not allowed to hang out at the garden and pool tables and chairs!!! If you want to sit there you have to order hotel food!!! Even though we brought friends, we were already full after eating outside! Just wanted to sit and get some air but the staff said we couldn't, we had to order food from the hotel cafe! So disappointed that we finally went back to our room!!! Please don't make it complicated, we paid and should be able to enjoy the hotel facilities!!! Quite disappointing.

A hotel with the best view in town. The swimming pool is very satisfying, the kids really enjoyed it. Just for room B. There's no mini fridge either. This is our second stay, and we each booked two rooms. When we asked for a complimentary room for my child's birthday, it was unfortunately not granted because the reservation was in my name. Other hotels can accommodate this. If it were in the child's name, I'd be worried that they'd ask for ID at check-in, which would be a hassle. But overall, it was okay; my kids enjoyed staying here.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice, but the room we stayed in smelled of cigarettes, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. Another very annoying thing was the musty smell of the pillows—all of them, both on the bed and on the sofa, were stinky. Hopefully, this will be addressed and fixed.

The hotel was actually nice, the room was spacious, but when I wanted to enter the room, the card wouldn't work but to the elevator, but it could but to the room, I complained and they said it would be fixed, but nothing happened, until the afternoon when I wanted to go up again I complained to the FO and then it was replaced. Breakfast was sufficient.
