Overall, the hotel was quite nice, but the room we stayed in smelled of cigarettes, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. Another very annoying thing was the musty smell of the pillows—all of them, both on the bed and on the sofa, were stinky. Hopefully, this will be addressed and fixed.

The hotel was actually nice, the room was spacious, but when I wanted to enter the room, the card wouldn't work but to the elevator, but it could but to the room, I complained and they said it would be fixed, but nothing happened, until the afternoon when I wanted to go up again I complained to the FO and then it was replaced. Breakfast was sufficient.
