Great experience staying in this hotel. All facilities like AC and water heater work normally, comfort bed and room service was OK. The best from this hotel is the meal. Affordable price with delicious taste.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel three times. It's a favorite and a top choice when vacationing in Batu, thanks to its excellent rooms and service. experience staying here. the place is clean. the room is spacious. the air is cool. the AC is also cold. the only minus. I stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights. I should have checked out at 12 noon. eh at 10 o'clock the lights were already turned off. maybe so we could get out quickly. we haven't showered yet. the lights were already turned off. finally we checked out at. even though it should have been at 12:30. this hotel is strange. I asked the receptionist and the answer was I don't know. really surprised. if so, just write the maximum check out time is 10 o'clock. don't just suddenly turn off the lights.

We apologize for the inconvenience, as we have verified that there is a power outage at PLN and are working on switching from main power to backup power within 1-5 minutes. We are unable to disconnect the power to the room from the receptionist as the room key is still a manual key.

Fast check-in. Spacious triple room. Adding an extra bed is also more spacious. Cheap price. Friendly staff. Food at the restaurant is affordable, especially the fried rice, everything is delicious. The morning view from the balcony is extraordinarily beautiful. Thanks to Traveloka and Pondok Jatim Park Hotel.

For a price under 300 and an older hotel, this is really good. Next time I'm on a budget, I'd definitely stay here again. The sheets are always fresh and smell great. Ask for a room on the lower floor if you're bringing a baby. Check-in and check-out are fast.

We didn't end up staying overnight because the hotel was experiencing power outages upon arrival, so we were transferred to another hotel. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, taking us to the other hotel and still providing breakfast.
