It's quite good with a budget of 200k to stay for a day, the place is very close to Krisna souvenirs, overall it's ok, the man is also friendly

Actually, if this inn is tidied up and slightly improved and the room facilities are added, it will be a favorite inn. In addition to its strategic location, you can walk or ride a motorbike, there are many choices of places to eat. And close to several tourist attractions, TSM mall and the main road Sunset Road. I also like this inn because if we choose the 1st & 2nd floor there is a view of the vast rice fields (yes, hopefully it will not turn into a building). Fast wifi, hot water & normal AC. Minus: no wardrobe, mirror in the bathroom, toiletries except for small bars of soap. House keeping by request.

Check in at 11 pm (confirmed by phone because it was high season), got a room on the 3rd floor and corner. The stairs are quite difficult 😬 the water heater is safe, the bathroom is very spacious. Please note that the water in the Kuta area is indeed slippery (like using soap is not clean, aka not a mat) but the water is clean 🥰 the owner is friendly and very fast response. Get towels and soap, for the rest bring your own. Strategic location but can still see the rice fields from the balcony, cool. Worth it! ✨.

Good service. Friendly. Not bad for a gloomy stay. It's just that the bathroom and the environment are not well maintained so that the homestay is maintained. There is warm water too.

Sorry to say the room was dirty when I arrived, the floor was sandy so I asked the guard for a broom and I swept it myself, the bathroom floor was really slippery and the closet looked like it had never been brushed, it had a lot of crust.
