Vending machines need improvement to the latest payment methods. What you have was so difficult to pay by cash that need a new and crisp banknote. Also hot water dispenser was only available on the first floor

On Monday, November 18, 2025, we checked out at 4:50 a.m. WIB. Three of us took the shuttle to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Two people were free, and one person had to pay 48,000 Rupiah in cash (QRIS was not accepted). The reason was that the shuttle was full. It turned out there were only 5 people out of a capacity of 15. Initially, the receptionist suggested chartering a car for 55,000 Rupiah, but I declined.

Staying at Pop Hotel was very helpful, especially for those of us who needed a quick transit the next day. The shuttle bus service was very helpful, eliminating the hassle of having to hire a driver for pick-up and drop-off. The staff and service at the hotel were excellent and friendly.
