Outstanding! One word to describe it is "thoughtful." From the overall experience, the details of design and art from the hotel entrance to the bedroom, and the personalized service where the staff recognize my name and accommodate my needs, to the vibrant vibe—a combination of a fun beach club with a luxury hotel that I don't get anywhere else. I will definitely be back!

Pengalaman breakfast yang penuh view dengan pilihan ala carte yang menarik, serasa makan pagi di cafe, rasanya enak dan penyajian menarik. Terdapat pilihan menu plant based dan normal. Kamar yang unik, penuh pendekatan dengan alam. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan Revolver Coffee, Warung Eropa, Body Works, bisa pesan Gojek dan ada shuttle yang siap mengantar sampai ke jalan utama, menarik lagi bisa ke Potato Club secara langsung. Having a plant based restaurant on site was such a great bonus for my partner who is vegan. I loved that you could order as much food as you liked, a la carte, for breakfast. This is an extremely unique property! It felt like a little village with great restaurants and shops. The decor is very striking and original. The pools were great, especially the Beach Club. And the beach access is terrific. The staff was pleasant and attentive from the moment our taxi pulled up to check in. Highly recommend staying here!

Potato Head was a DREAM hotel for our honeymoon. We actually didn't enjoy Seminyak very much as we are not big party people but Potato Head was like a perfect oasis with some partying if we wanted! Everything is thought of, from activities included or for a very reasonable fee, takeaway eco-friendly amenities, and super friendly and genuine staff. We ended up staying for 5 nights in total because we loved it so much. 100% the best choice we could have made. There's a reason people love this hotel. Nothing but good stuff to say. Also I will say I think Tanaman, the vegan restaurant on site is massively overlooked because it's vegan but the breakfast is SO GOOD and they even have their own homemade coconut milk with cinnamon??? Don't miss it. Take me back, right now.

One of if not the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful and so clean set in a stunning jungle backdrop. Staff are the single most friendly helpful people you could ask to come across.
There is no way we would go back to Bali without staying there again.

Good spot. Friendly staff and enjoyed time by the pool and relaxing - was there for screening of a documentary at Klymax which is on the property. Recommend, 2 night stay was perfect for what I needed. Room may have felt a little small if I was with partner but was very well appointed.

The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness are unmatched; they provide a five-star experience.
The rooms are great, with excellent quality.
However, the general cleanliness of the pools could be improved, and some of the furniture in public areas, such as the daybeds around the pool, needs to be replaced. They look a little tired now.
Overall this is an excellent place to stay and we can't wait to visit again.
