I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. Every time I visit SBY, I always stay here. Besides the clean rooms and friendly staff, the price is also quite affordable. I always book a family room with three beds, which would cost over a million rupiah in other hotels...😅

A pleasant stay experience. The room and cleanliness of the hotel room as well as the friendliness of the staff are good, providing a pleasant stay experience.
It's just that we experienced a little discomfort because we booked a superior king room for 2 people, but only got 1 pillow and 1 bolster (generally in other places, we get 2 pillows and 2 bolsters even though there is only one mattress).
When asking about this, we were asked to add costs to get additional pillows and bolsters. so we canceled it and one of us gave in not to use pillows and bolsters (it reduced the comfort of our rest).
But overall everything is okay and worth the price

Happy to stay at Primebiz Surabaya, spacious room, cold AC, spacious clean bathroom. It's just that the wifi is weak & also the mobile data signal on my phone is also weak. I don't know if it's just my room or what. I hope the next time the wifi & signal will be smooth again.
