1. The room structure is good and security is excellent: simple, clean, reasonable size, and good view. 2. On the first day, I couldn't sleep well because the surroundings were very noisy, but the staff's response was excellent when I asked to change room the next day. One of the staff walked around with me, showed me two or three rooms, and helped me choose a room, which was very helpful. And they quickly fixed any broken facilities. 3. It has good access to the beach and is generally comfortable. One thing that is unfortunate is that there is a persistent smell of smoke from something burning nearby in the evening, but this does not seem to be the hotel's fault.

It was totally worth it, the price was affordable, the room was comfortable, and I was really surprised to get a varied breakfast for that price. It was also just a short walk to Seminyak Beach, and the hotel was bustling with shops. Thank you Primera, it was really impressive, this is the first time I've stayed in a budget hotel with such service. This is the best.

Every time I go to Bali, I always stay here because it's very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are always clean, I don't have to think about parking because the staff will park it for me. Very very comfortable. Previously, I stayed here alone which ended up crying sadly, housekeeping knocked on the room to make sure we were okay and even chatted with us. Now, we're here with a group, the service is still satisfying. Recommended!

The hotel is very close to everywhere. If you want to go to the beach, just walk 5 minutes. If you want gelato, just walk 5 minutes. There is cheap food, Padang rice, 5 minutes walk, cleaned every day, the best without being asked. The security guard is also the best, all the things are unloaded without us having to say anything, you can leave your suitcase in the lobby, ahh really like this hotel. But there are drawbacks: - No soap, shampoo, sandals - Scented towels, but they are already worn out - Not soundproof because the sound from the next room can be heard - Why do you have to deposit? 100 thousand

The hotel is very close to everywhere. If you want to go to the beach, just walk 5 minutes. If you want gelato, just walk 5 minutes. The security guard is also the best, all the things are unloaded without us having to say anything, you can leave your suitcase in the lobby, ahh really like this hotel.
