Beautiful place, good service all of the staff there is very welcoming us. Delicious food, we had nasi goreng for breakfast. Wonderful experience for staying in Princess resort Ciloto for several time when we was in Puncak and so glad for recommend this resort to our colleague and everyone.

Why do the lights always go out in the middle of the night? I've stayed there twice, and the lights went out between midnight and morning, and with two kids, it's terrifying.

The hotel is quite comfortable, but the superior room amenities don't match the photos on Traveloka. The room photos need to be compared to the hotel to avoid disappointment or a less than pleasant experience. However, the food is excellent.

The bathroom smelled like a lot of hair, and there was a lot of hair on the bed. There was also a really loud karaoke session in the middle of the night, and the bed made a noise, like the springs were broken.

The atmosphere is comfortable, but it's a shame the room lacks facilities, so the heat is small. And there's no water heater for hot drinks, although a dispenser is provided, but in other rooms you have to walk first to get it.
