The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, fragrant, and spacious, whether standard or twin. The swimming pool is great for kids or adults, and the air is cool. It even gets colder at night, and the best experience is swimming at night in the cool 19-degree water. Keep up the good work for this hotel.😁

Super happy!! Staycation at Princess 2 Hotel, because all requests were fulfilled, from a room with a nice view, a top room, and a honeymoon set up... Ahhhh that's what's super happy, because the trip was quite long, but when we arrived at the hotel, everyone was super happy and the staff were all friendly, thank you all, hopefully we can stay here again next time.. 👍

The service was good, with the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and we had a room with a beautiful view and a balcony. The only problem was that the shower water took a while to drain on the second day. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I really like staying here, everything is clean, the staff are all friendly, the room is very comfortable, you can also watch Netflix. I also really like the view, the food is all delicious, just a little variety, for that price it's really worth it to stay here👍🏻

Nice to try! The hotel seems new, the rooms are very nice, but the water heater is lacking for that price. The location is very strategic, near KRB Cibodas and there are quite a lot of food. So, no need to worry about being confused about finding food.
