It was a wonderful experience to stay for 4d3n! Had a free upgraded room for the first 2 nights, then got to spend another extended night in the same room with the same room rate I paid for those first 2 nights. I'm so grateful because the stay was a gift for myself for this year's birthday, I assumed the excellent service was also a gift for me, because I was so happy! Thank you!

Staying at the Pullman hotel has always been a pleasant experience, but my most recent visit was truly exceptional. It stands out as the most impressive stay I've had with the brand, largely due to the impeccable service from start to finish.
The check-in process was remarkably smooth and welcoming. The staff member who assisted me was not only efficient but also thoughtful, offering me the option to become an Accor member to enjoy benefits like premium Wi-Fi and, to my delight, a complimentary room upgrade. These small gestures made a significant difference in setting a positive tone for my stay.
Room service was equally impressive. The food was delicious and delivered promptly, making it perfect for a relaxed staycation. I particularly enjoyed being able to unwind and watch the Wimbledon matches 🎾🫶🏻✨
Overall, the combination of outstanding service, comfortable amenities, and delicious food made this a truly memorable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be coming back 🤍

This hotel is one of the best options in central Bandung. It’s conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions and shopping outlets, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The food is excellent, and the service is warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

This hotel has always been my first choice to stay in Bandung. Located in the center of Bandung (next to the Governor office), close to all famous cafes and restaurants, fashion outlets, close to Braga. The service has always been excellent. Thank you to all the staff who keep the service five stars.

The entire team here is amazing. The warm welcome and friendly staff were, for me, the highlight of the stay. The little notes in the room, the welcome note on the bathroom mirror, all added to the warmth of the welcome.
The room was beautiful and clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Special thanks to Sinatra, who was incredibly helpful and friendly at breakfast, and Feby from Guest Relations, one of the nicest people I've ever met.

Nice view and perfect for family time, in my opinion, it's one of the best hotels if you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Bandung. The location is super strategic, right in the city center near Gedung Sate, so it's really easy to go for a walk or just eat around there. The hotel ambiance is modern and elegant, but still feels warm and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very complete facilities—from super soft beds, large TVs, to bathrooms with bathtubs for relaxing. Breakfast is also top-notch, with a wide selection of local and international menus, so you won't get bored easily. There's a swimming pool with a city view that makes you want to hang out there for a long time. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The price is a bit premium, but it's worth it for the quality of service and comfort you get. It's perfect for a staycation, family vacation, or even a business trip.

Honeymoon at Pullman Bandung? Totally worth it! The rooms are super cozy, the interior is cool, and the romantic vibes are so inviting. The sweet welcome from the hotel, plus the view of Bandung at night from your room, makes it even harder to move on. It's perfect for quality time together!

1. In the morning, when I wanted to wash my hair, the shampoo was empty. I was in room 520. This is really bad. It means there's no quality control. Or, the supervisor didn't check and wasn't working responsibly.
2. In the morning, at breakfast, my dining table was prepared. The staff said it would be cleaned first and I could have my food. When I returned, the table was already taken by another guest. The staff member who initially informed me was completely clueless; she should have reserved it or paid attention to my table. I noticed she wasn't doing anything, just standing there. When I asked why my table was taken, she simply replied, "Find me another table."
I think Pullman's training or SOPs are problematic. Above all, these basic things shouldn't have happened...very disappointed with this Pullman.
