This is our first time staying at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. It was amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff were just so genuinely friendly. Our room was clean and quite spacious. Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring everything.

The entire team here is amazing. The warm welcome and friendly staff were, for me, the highlight of the stay. The little notes in the room, the welcome note on the bathroom mirror, all added to the warmth of the welcome. The room was beautiful and clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was fantastic. Special thanks to Sinatra, who was incredibly helpful and friendly at breakfast, and Feby from Guest Relations, one of the nicest people I've ever met. I absolutely love this hotel!!!

Everything’s great! Well, except the swimming pool was not hot water. It was very cold and windy. My babies got cold after swimming. :) Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Bandung. Surely we will consider staying again in the future. Kudos Pullman! :)

The staff was really nice and professional! A little room for improvement is Mukena quality. The current mukena is not so good in terms of quality. I believe Pullman Hotel is able to purchase the better quality and more expensive mukena. But, overall I do satisfied stayed in Pullman Bandung for 3 nights.

Excellent service! The team was always smiling and enthusiastic from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection, very satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The only thing I had to wait a while for assistance was a few times. Hopefully, this can be a good input in the future.

The view from city view room was gorgeous, you can see the mountains but quite noisy specially at days. I was once misplaced at the wrong room but the staff at last gave the right room after 120mins waiting
