It was a very pleasant experience staying at Pullman Ciawi. I didn't expect the room to be upgraded for free, and it was even more comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities for children are very diverse, so the kids felt at home and didn't get bored. The food at the restaurant was varied and delicious. We got a free photo with the photographer, which was fun and gave us a souvenir photo. Thank you to the GRO staff, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Inayah, Mr. Putra, the photo service staff, the receptionist, and the staff in the children's playroom. Overall, a stay here is highly recommended!

When I booked a Deluxe room on the app, there was no notification that I had to deposit IDR 500,000 in cash or a credit card. And because I didn't bring IDR 500,000 in cash, I complained to the receptionist why I couldn't use Debit / Qris, because there was no notification in the app for a deposit, I didn't bring that much money. And I didn't want to debit CC because the refund process takes 5-10 business days & will pass my billing print date. If you want, just open the bill, don't charge the CC directly. Please to the Management of Pullman Ciawi, if a deposit is required, state it in the terms and conditions in the app. And finally the receptionist upgraded my room from Deluxe to Villa because I complained about the deposit issue. Thank you.

I came here for my anniversary, but the decorations were different from last year. I was a bit stingy when I stayed here this time... considering the hotel prices are quite expensive, they should have more variety in the decorations for the anniversary... but come on... It looks like there won't be an anniversary here next year.

it was very exquisite! a truly tranquil and relaxing environment (we were placed in area faraway from kids activity area as per our request) we felt it was too short! should stay longer next time. resort activities are varied and guaranteed to be no boring moment. i didnt get to join nature walk due to rainy weather - but in exchange i did join the fitness class. staff are friendly and polite, architecture is beautiful, interior is amazing, gunung salak view is superb, and there is a complimentary photo session which i think very nice of pullman to provide. bed and bath are also very comfortable. downside is only the access - the opening/closing of the lane is very messy with no certain hour on weekend. the gadog main road as main access to vimala hills is very very packed and traffic jam is almost all the time happening. the rest is 10/10.
