The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was balado with anchovies, but I didn't enjoy it. I really enjoyed the yamin noodles and the Manado porridge. The other dishes were quite enjoyable. There was ice cream. The rooms were clean, the water was clear, the signal was good, and the swimming pool was clean. The breeze was cool and the air was fresh.

There are many places for children in the hotel, it's just a shame that the AC in the room I got was cold but leaked and was noisy in the middle of the night, so it disturbed my sleep, other than that everything was good.

The restaurant is used in the lobby and it is too narrow if there are many activities and many guests, the food is not varied enough, some of the food is already cold, the lobby security is not aware of visitors and is not friendly, the cleaning staff is very friendly, hopefully it can be improved in the future, check-in and room readiness are very good, the room is clean and spacious, thank you R Hotel Rancamaya
