My wife and I stayed 6 nights at the Ramada, everything was first class, but the staff deserve a special mention, every one of them from the security outside, the reception staff, the cleaners, and all that worked in the restaurant made the stay special.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean dan well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect; close to restaurants, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

I love Ramada Encore because the location is so strategic, near all the things that I would like to go. The room is clean and well maintained, the service is impeccable, from the time that we arrived, most outstanding service is from the front desk officer Eric, he greeted us with a big smile and managed the check-in process efficiently and fast! Breakfast was delicious, the porridge and tofu were delicious, and the pesto spaghetti was also delicious. I loved it.
The only thing was that the room was really cold, and when I turned the AC up, everything got foggy and the floor was wet.
Otherwise, it was great.
This was my second time here.

I’ve been here for few times already, highly recommended! Its one of the hotel which you get MORE than what you PAY! Food was amazing, staff was friendly, facilites were clean and decent! The only downside is the kids corner, but not really that matters since kids are prefer to stay in the pool anyway 😁

This hotel is highly recommended... The rooms are clean, the lighting is bright, unlike the dimly lit hotel we stayed in before. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I'll definitely be back next time I go to Bali.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean dan well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect; close to restaurants, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel with my children. The facilities, the friendly and courteous staff, and the varied and delicious food were excellent. I’ve been here for few times already, highly recommended! Its one of the hotel which you get MORE than what you PAY! Food was amazing, staff was friendly, facilites were clean and decent! The only downside is the kids corner, but not really that matters since kids are prefer to stay in the pool anyway 😁
