I booked the same day as my stay. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The room is clean and cozy, cute design too! The bathroom was absolutely amazing, and I'm looking forwards to my next stay here.

Tha location is great, the room is good with AC and water heater, but I think the AC is little bit hot. Overall we have good experience staying at Ratu.
