I booked a family room for 3 people. When I arrived, I only saw one towel and one soap brush. Then, in the bathroom, there were two towels from previous customers who hadn't taken them! The room was quite spacious and clean, but the living room/kitchen area wasn't. The light in the room was out. When I asked the manager to replace it, he asked me back, "Do you have a lamp?" What do you mean? There were traces of instant noodles left over from an unknown time in the kitchen sink. Thank you, hopefully things will improve in the future. 😊 Minuses - No tissues provided - Inappropriate towels provided - Mineral water was only in a half-filled glass jug (sorry, but I didn't dare drink it because of the condition of the sink)

The hotel staff is friendly, the water is off. However, it was immediately followed up by the officer, the wifi is smooth, the accommodation is sharia but the facilities and amenities are incomplete, there is no prayer mat, the lights are a bit twitchy, the bathroom floor is slippery, the drinking water runs out but is not immediately replaced, (drinking water is in a gallon) 1 glass for 2 guests, the room was not cleaned even though we stayed for 3 days, the sheets and towels were not replaced, the sound of the whaterheater is loud, the next room can be heard, there is a deposit of 50k before getting the key. However, all is good, please improve it again. Thank you

It's true that the saying goes, don't look at the outside but look at the inside. The rooms are 1 star hotels but feel like 4 stars. Close to everything. If I go to Jogja, I will stay here again.

The room is clean, the AC is cold, the hot water is smooth and the staff is friendly, close to the souvenir center for tofu, meatballs, Bu Puji and Bandung Juwono, Virgin bread is also close, to find food it is close and there are lots of them.

Clean room, brightly lit, smart TV, super fast wifi, cold AC, clean bathroom, hot water just right. Just a suggestion, provide a place to hang towels, if behind the door is not neat, also the lights on the dressing mirror. Have stayed here many times. The kids are comfortable too.
