Location is good, easy to find, near the hospital.
The staff was not friendly at all. I came with kids with 2 big luggages and some small stuffs and the receptionist just watching us.
The floor in the bedroom was very sticky and dirty. There was some left water inside the kettle, a dirty spoon (with left coffee), I guess they didn't wash it.
The TV was soooo small and can't receive any TV shows.
At 2nd night I complaint about some annoying guests that sitting, talking loudly, laughing, and smoking (I saw some cigarette butts on the table) near my rooms and the hotel staf told that they can't do anything since they don't have any quiet hours rules.

It was a bit scary when I stayed here on May 9, 2025, the receptionist informed me when I checked in that it would be a bit noisy tonight because there would be a Persib vs Barito match, what I imagined was that the match would be like usual, just screaming, but it turned out to be really noisy, until the Mobile Brigade and TNI came to guard it, at the end of the match, the supporters revved up their motorbike and car exhausts, it was very noisy, scary, afraid of rioting (it started to subside at 10 pm). I don't understand why this hotel is like that, is it because it is still in the same area as the Garut flash flood memorial, so anyone can enter the hotel. The room is very easy for ants to come to, I left it for a while to make tea and there were already lots of black ants, the mattress is hard, the AC is cold, the hot water is smooth. Car parking in the hotel yard costs 10 thousand 😬

The lady is very friendly, helpful, the location is strategic, close to everywhere, behind the hotel the view is nice, there is a mountain, the food is quite good, the room is comfortable for the price of 2xx, but the place or the environment is said to have football screenings so the noise can be heard up to the room (it's just lacking here) it's only until 9/10 pm it's busy, after that it's quiet, peaceful, the rest is good, I might stay here again if I go to Garut again.

We booked 3 rooms. Pros: 1. Friendly and responsive staff. 2. Strategic location. 3. Tidy rooms. 4. Complete drinking water, cups, kettle. Cons: 1. There are bathroom lights and lights above the sink that are dead. 2. The blanket still has dirty stains (washing is not clean enough). 3. Bathrooms: the floor has started to sag, some doors cannot be closed tightly, and accessories need repair (the toilet lid bolts are broken, the jet spray hanger is loose, there is no soap dispenser). 4. One of the rooms has lots of ants. These shortcomings have also been conveyed directly to the staff on duty.

The hotel location is quite strategic. Had some difficulty when checking in, because the room door lock was a bit difficult to open and was quickly handled by the hotel staff. Location is good, easy to find, near the hospital.
