The room was dusty, the cupboard was torn and unsuitable. No toothbrush was provided. The toilet couldn't be flushed, and the tap water was small. The toilet was crusty and very dirty. The shower stall was clogged and the water flow was low. The hotel was very poorly maintained.

Upon check-in, the male staff member at the front desk only gave us a room key and information that it was on the 3rd floor. We, over 50, had to carry our own suitcases to the 3rd floor via the stairs, without an elevator. The staff member was busy with his phone again. The room was gloomy, but I was tired and went straight to sleep. The next morning, I discovered a pile of clothes, who knows whose they belonged to.

The hotel staff was kind and friendly. Initially, I got a closed room with a sink that didn't work, but I was able to move to a better room. Minus: The room wasn't soundproof, so if someone was talking in the hallway, you could definitely hear them.

For the price of 500/room with a very small bed size and a blanket that is so-so, I feel it is not appropriate.. For the room it is clean and fragrant but I am not comfortable to rest because the blanket is uncomfortable and the bed is very small.. for the location it is very strategic and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Strategic location, the blanket is small, I've asked for it again but it can't be one, there 's a used toothbrush in the toilet, there 's a used bottle under the bed.

Stayed for a really short time. It's like only 8 hours in this room. Nice, but frankly a bit expensive with that type of room. Maybe it's the TV that's special. There is cable TV. The rest is just standard. Toiletries are also minimal. Or are the rates in Cibubur really expensive?

Staff-nya ramah, any inquiries related our room is helpful. Strategic location and easy access. The motorcycle is safe there. Only grease floor, the owner should give the staff proper cleaning tools.
