The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean, comfortable, the toilet and bathroom are also clean, the surrounding view is the mountain, very cool and comfortable, we will definitely come back here. Hopefully the service and facilities are still okay. Thank you.

I rarely review hotels. But this one is highly recommended. Friendly price, clean, new linens replaced. Mr. Rizky, the staff is very helpful. There is no AC considering that the area is very cold so AC is not needed. Hot water is smooth, there is a kitchen set, a spacious living room, and there is a Mic for karaoke events if you want to be with 2 friends. 10/10.

The view around the villa is nice. The room is clean. The staff is very friendly. The hot water is quite smooth. 24-hour security. Spacious parking lot. The location is close to Songgoriti Temple, Songgoriti Hot Spring, Onsen Hot Spring, Cafe Sawah, Coban Rondo, Florawisata Santerra De Laponte, Strawberry Picking Tourism, BNS, Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, Angkut Museum, Batu Square, Goa Pinus and Paragliding Tourism, and others. Overall good, this villa is highly recommended for those with an adventurous spirit.

For the size of this reddoorz, it's really good! The room is spacious & clean. The hotel staff are super quick when asked for help. It's just that the room doesn't smell good enough, try giving it some freshener. Oh yeah, room no. 15's toilet flusher is broken, so you have to flush it manually. Hopefully it will be fixed.

Just a suggestion. I stayed here for 2 nights. In the future, I hope the room will be cleaned in the morning. Yesterday, it wasn't cleaned so it felt really annoying. I wanted to clean it myself but couldn't find a broom. Hopefully, it will be changed in the future.

The room is very clean for a RedDoorz class. The service from the lady is friendly and good. It's just a shame that the hot water in the bathroom didn't work at night and the next day. Hopefully it can work well in the future. It can be an option to stay again in Batu.

Advantages: -Strategic location in the middle of the city 10 minutes from Batu Square. -The rooms are clean and spacious, there are chairs, TV and warm water. Disadvantages: - There is no drinking water provided by the hotel even though usually the price is 200 thousand in other places you can get 2 mineral waters and tea. - Wifi is connected but there is no internet so it cannot be used. - There is no wardrobe in the room even though it is in the picture there is a cupboard. -There are lots of sounds of small children playing at night on the 2nd floor so it's noisy and disturbs your rest even though it's already night. -Soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided. So if you want to stay here, bring your own drink and toiletries.
