The pillows are very thin, and the towels are not very clean. The check-in process for extended stays is complicated and not made simple or flexible. You still have to wait until the 2:00 check-in time.

dirty bathroom. decent room and good service

We arrived at the location at 7:30 PM. Upon check-in, we were given a room that didn't match the one we'd booked on the app. We intended to rest right away. The bathroom had no hot water. Ultimately, we were moved to another RedDoorz location. It was truly unpleasant.

need more improvement, I booked 3 rooms. and only 1 rooms have a clean n white towel. the other 2 is so dirty. under the bed full with dirt, please clean under the bed too.

The staff are not friendly, tend to be rude. The room is terrible, it smells of cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking room, it smells musty and damp, when it's dark the atmosphere is really HORROR especially since the walls have moldy water seepage marks. The sheets are dirty with lots of stains, the thin towels are yellowing, the pillows are as thin as paper. There is no elevator. I only stayed there for 1 hour, checked in at 8 pm, checked out again at 9 pm, because my child was uncomfortable. What a waste. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture because I was already very disappointed and busy looking for another hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, the cleaning staff is willing to do what I asked, namely, sweeping the thick dust under the bed, brushing the dirty ceramic walls of the bathroom. Suggestions: the curtains need to be washed, the drain pipe from the sink to be covered so that it looks neat.

Please experience it yourself. Then feel the sensation, it will enrich your sense of smell, enrich your sense of sight, and so on.

Kebersihan kurang diperhatikan, kasur banyak noda kuning, bantal bau. Rambut di kasur. Kamar mandi tidak sedia shampoo/sabun. Tidak sedia sikat gigi. Di meja kerja tidak tersedia stop kontak. Handuk hitam berjamur. Positifnya kamar luas, lantai bersih.

Receptionis sangat tidak ramah.

Kasurnya jorok, serangga di mana mana. Harus dibersihin ulang, itupun pulang masih tetep gatel gatel badan saya.
