The check in process was very difficult, there was no receptionist, the number listed was a call center number with a bot as the answer, the room was dirty.

when first entering the room is neat and well maintained, it's just an obstacle when you want to check in the contact listed is not the number of the officer in the field so it is very confusing how the process is, after waiting in the Lobby then meet the officer who accidentally came down because there were other guests who had made an appointment. hopefully in the future the official contact of the field officer will be attached so that the separation is not confused considering there is no receptionist on site.
