For me, Revira is like a second home. It's comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. There's a food stall next door, a laundry service, and a food stall. I always come here to rest when I'm tired from work.

The hotel is easily accessible by online motorcycle taxi, and not too far from the city center. There is no elevator so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

For a hotel of its class, it is very clean, but the service is not very friendly. I lifted my suitcase and was only looked at, the receptionist should be friendlier. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is good, but the room is very small, the price difference is only to differentiate which floor. There are many unreasonable charges, starting from bringing electronics other than hotel contents will be charged 50/item, and so on.

Hotelnya bagus, lumayan bersih. Pegawai-pegawai hotelnya juga ramah-ramah. Check in dan check outnya cepat. Kamarnya memang kecil, tapi ya sesuai harga. Air mineral dan alat mandi juga disediain. Yang kurang cuma pemanas air di kamar mandinya ga berfungsi.

Very bad service, I was charged many times. Very unfriendly. I carried my own things to the room without any help from the staff. When I checked out after a few minutes I was immediately charged again even though I just wanted to pick up the items left behind and pray before checking out. Very cramped room. There is only a small bar of soap, no toothbrush. When I checked out no one helped me carry things out. Too bad to recommend.

Guests arrive at the hotel around 9 am while check-in time is at 14.00. conditions stated at the time of reservation via Traveloka. Because the guest wants to rest immediately in the room, the receptionist offers to pay for early check-in and the guest immediately agrees without raising any objections. 2. When checking in, it has been informed that the check out time is at 12.00 so that just before check out time, guests have been informed that the tolerance for late check out is a maximum of 30 minutes, but guests leave the room around 13.00 past so by the system it is automatically counted late check out. 3. Regarding the size of the room area, the information is clearly stated on Traveloka, so that it can help guests to know the condition of the room before making a reservation, as well as our hotel is equipped with adequate prayer room facilities if the room is considered uncomfortable for praying. 4. In the future, we hope that we can adjust the rate of the selected hotel so that it can meet expectations for the facilities and conditions of the room that will be used. That's what we can clarify for your review, hopefully it will be input for both parties. Thank you for your attention.
