I chose to stay here because it seemed homie and then tried to contact the owner asking "can I check in earlier and check out a bit later?" he said "just relax if it's not crowded" (without being charged), so I finally decided to stay here for 2 nights. When I arrived, I was greeted even though it was raining, then check in/check out was not complicated. Then I had time to walk around until Ritis in the middle of the night, but my room door was a bit wrong and at that time the owner and friends were fixing my room door, the owner even gave me a gift as an apology. The service is really great and fast, the people are all friendly, the rooms are always cleaned and the snacks are refilled, the wifi is fast, the environment is safe and comfortable, the swimming pool is clean. This is really good for a big family to stay in. If I go to Bali again, I want to stay here again

Ritis Residence
Who?
RITIS residence is a family owned business that have been around for more than a decade. We built our business brick by brick from a simple dormitory into a proper hospitality business. This humble business is now our home and you can find us working every day to make your stay as pleasant as we can.
Where?
Our place is located strategically between the business, industrial, and tourism zone of South West Bali. Hence, we are quite popular among the travelling executives that want to stay near where they work but also minutes away from the beach. Despite all that, our place is famous for being quite at night. We are blessed for being situated away from the busy main road. In addition, the lack of night entertainment in our neighbourhood has keep the noise level down and make the surrounding area more affordable and also safer.
What?
Our rooms are simple, but modern and cozy. Each room is equipped with air-conditioner, mini-fridge, smart TV, and hot water. Every room is also equipped with their very own internet router so every guest can have the best access to Wi-Fi. There is electric kettle which guests can use to make complementary coffee or tea. Soap and shampoo also included in every room and feel free to ask us for additional toiletries, free of charges. Self-service kitchen is open 24/7 and is outfitted with gas stove, microwave, toaster, espresso maker and various kitchen utensils. Our shared space offered a relaxing atmosphere with public pool in the middle, lounge area on the side and beautiful greeneries surrounding it.

I only had an overnight stay here and an early morning pick up for Mount Batur hike, so did not get to experience the facilities, but everything looked really nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean room, room cleaned every day and changed towels, but the TV upstairs doesn't work and when we arrived there was no toothbrush. The buyer was very kind to carry the suitcase, the environment is comfortable and there is no noise from vehicles

First impression when arriving at this inn: very homey, really comfortable to stay here, and finally we decided to extend for 1 more night because the kids asked to stay at this inn again because it was so comfortable. We stayed here for 3 nights in total.
New inn so the building is also new. Suitable for couples or families, some additional services that are not available from other hotels. The owner is also very kind and helpful, when they were about to check out the kids were photographed using polaroid, making them even more impressed.
