an amazing experience staying at Royal Avila Resort. all staff are friendly and fast response. Ms. Luna in the restaurant is very friendly, Mr. Aksar is also very kind and always helps promptly and Ms. Receipt Haeniah is very kind and has been very helpful during my stay at Royal Avila. really a pleasant experience with all the best facilities, all minibars are free, spacious rooms, beautiful views, breakfast although a la carte but delicious, next time hopefully there will be more menus to make it a buffet breakfast.. the pool is the best in all hotels and resorts in Lombok. will come back again on the next trip to Lombok. thank you very much Royal Avila. amazing hospitality.

Stayed for 3 days and was very memorable, even though it rained, in the afternoon we always got a beautiful sunset view,,,, the atmosphere of the room and the hotel area was very pleasant and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sound of the waves was a natural therapy for those who were tired of the world. The best, the hotel staff was friendly,,, hopefully we can come back here again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Avila. Staff were reliable, helpful, and very friendly. Hotel area, pool area, especially the room was spotless. Location was superbly beautiful. Our breakfast and dinner at the Olive Restaurant was very delicious. Would love to come back here and would highly recommend Royal Avila to family and colleagues planning to enjoy holiday on Senggigi.

Everything is great...the hospitality, the view, and the food are all top-notch. Gym facilities could be added. It's about 45 minutes from Mataram City, but the roads are good and access is easy...and the views along the way are beautiful.

Lost card replaced with cash. Even though during my stay I never replaced a lost card. I'm sure it wasn't lost but just slipped into the room because we only returned 1 card. If only eating buffet is also better with lots of choices.

The view from the hotel directly to the sea and Mount Agung in Bali, is very impressive. When we stayed the sky was a bit cloudy so we couldn't enjoy the sunset clearly. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast a la carte, the menu choices are quite varied and delicious. We stayed in the ocean deluxe, the size of the room and bathroom is quite spacious, clean with a balcony facing directly to the sea, the sound of the waves can be heard from the room. The furniture still looks new and fresh, the amenities are quite complete. Very comfy.
