I initially stayed there just to try it out because it had a bolster for my kids to sleep comfortably. I booked two rooms. Although check-in wasn't allowed before 2:00 PM, the check-in process was quick, as was check-out. When I got out of the car, the security guard immediately picked up my suitcase and guided me inside. The staff were all friendly, greeted me with smiles. The room was clean, complete with a hot water kettle. The water dispenser was available in front of the room. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I didn't have to worry about fighting with my husband, hehe. When I opened the curtains, the view was great, I could see the city and the mosque dome at Losari Beach. The location is strategically located in the city center, there are many eateries and supermarkets around the hotel. The laundry service is also nearby and offers free pick-up and drop-off. Breakfast varies daily, and the market snacks also provide delicious cakes and a variety of daily dishes. Next to the restaurant, there is a children's playground and a children's and adult pool. There is also a slide in the children's pool. The experience of staying for several days was very enjoyable. If I go to Makassar again, I will definitely stay here. I definitely recommend it 🫰

the hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the swimming pool is clean and the water is clear. the room is clean, the water is smooth. very good for children who want to go on vacation because the restaurant already has a ball pool. the hotel is close to the beach and shopping center.

The electrical socket in the room was broken, staying on the 10th floor meant queuing for the elevator because the other elevator was broken...the cleanliness of the bed, pillows, blankets and sheets needs to be taken into account

Alhamdulillah, the room is quite spacious, the water is different (maybe referring to water pressure/quality/taste), the sink is clogged, but the mineral water is unlimited as it's refillable (this is a plus point). The food is just okay

the staffs were friendly and nice, the hotel was eco-friendly hotel and I love the concept that we use mineral water from galon to prevent more plastic waste. The room was clean, even the towels and the linen were not in their best condition. there is massages chair and pool. it is child friendly hotel with pool and mini Playground. The food was okay but, need more improvement. The water condition in that area always smell funny, so i don't mind bout it.So far, it was good experience
