The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly but not very communicative. I had to ask where and when breakfast was, even though other places usually explain it during check-in. There was also the Netflix service, which I had to pay for. I didn't mind, but it would have been nice if it had been explained from the start. I left my room key at the reception and was only informed an hour later when I was already walking around looking for it. It was also very noisy in the morning because the staff was holding an August 17th competition. Breakfast was standard, so it's better to choose the no breakfast option. But overall, it was okay. Oh yeah, in other reviews, you get a souvenir at checkout, but I didn't :(

Quite pleasant...the staff are friendly and helpful with guests' luggage. Check-in and check-out are fast. The hotel area is spacious, with a playground for kids to play in. The swimming pool is nice. The breakfast menu could be more varied and the quality could be improved. Overall, it's nice.

The atmosphere is pleasant, with a street food stall at night and food vendors in the front parking lot. There's a spacious yard for the kids to play in, and in the morning, you can enjoy the view while waiting for the kids to swim in the large pool.

It is indeed an old hotel, but my family and I are very comfortable.. all parts of the room are very clean.. the swimming pool is also clean.. not noisy.. and in front of the hotel there are many food shops, grocery stores, pharmacies.... all the staff are friendly.. spacious parking lot.. don't worry if you park late at night.. thank you Royal Brongto 🙏🙏☺️☺️👍👍
