For a staycation it is very appropriate, the mountain atmosphere, and the view of the room I chose is also right, Mountain view, but the room building has a lot of rust because it is made from containers, the cleanliness around the room, especially the arrangement of the garden and trees is lacking in maintenance, the swimming pool is not maintained and even looks scary as if it has never been used because it is quite far from the location of the room, even though the view is good, as input for the owner of the place to be able to carry out routine maintenance, unfortunately the location is good but the maintenance is less than optimal. for the restaurant and food menu, the service is also friendly to all the staff

The food at the restaurant is delicious, the spices are thick, yesterday I tried the warm rawon with the cold night weather. Unfortunately, the room was full of black ants, they didn't bite me, I could still sleep, but it was a little uncomfortable because I got a room downstairs, so the room above was really noisy, loud banging. But outside the view is really nice, comfortable to hang out in the canteen and garden, the swimming pool is really spacious, very suitable for a family vacation.

The hotel room was very outdated. I'd give it a 4 for the 1.1 million Rupiah I paid for a room with two beds for four people. The bathroom door was broken, there were dead bugs in the room, the bed was sloppy, the sheets and blanket were dirty and covered in brown stains. It was very noisy because the upstairs occupants couldn't keep still, always moving around. The sound of running water from the upstairs bathroom could be heard loudly, reaching our room downstairs. The room was like a hotel room from the 1980s. It smelled and was dirty, and the Sanyo was noisy all night, making a nyat nyat nyat nyat nyat sound. The street in front of the room was dirty; I'm sure it hadn't been swept at all. When I entered, there were no towels or toiletries. I only had to call from my cell phone to get them. The receptionist was friendly, but they need to be trained on how to answer office calls by introducing themselves first, not just saying "Hello." After all, that was their personal phone number. The hotel management is substandard and needs to be replaced with more professional staff. I booked two rooms with my family. In the end, I was embarrassed because I booked based on the Traveloka rating. Apparently, the Traveloka rating is no longer reliable. I was disappointed several times. The staff were nice and friendly, but it seems the management or supervisors weren't very good at providing guidance.

The atmosphere is calm, perfect for those who like peace and a bit of vintage. My first impression of the room was, honestly, dirty, like it wasn't well maintained (I happened to have a garden view room), and the water park... yes, it is... dirty. Haha, if you bring kids, you'll definitely be wary of accidentally swallowing water (in the kids' pool area). As for the restaurant, 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The staff and chefs are 🥰🫶 P.S. Maybe all the fish ponds are cleaned frequently so you can see the fish, hehe🙏

The staff here is very honest. My sister left her phone in the room when checking out. The hotel staff informed me that she had left it behind, and I was already on my way home. The phone was also sent to my house via parcel, considering the distance from the hotel to our house is quite far. Next time I go to Trawas, I want to stay here again.

The location is easy to reach, the atmosphere is comfortable, the cleanliness of the hotel area and rooms, especially the bathroom, needs to be improved because there are many cockroaches in the bathroom. The food is really delicious even though I stayed on a weekday and had to have an a la carte breakfast. And what makes it fun is there are many spots for light trail runs that can enter the nearby forest, bushes, etc. It was quite a pleasant stay at the Royal Caravan.

Quiet & comfortable sound for resting because of its beautiful environment. Suitable for outdoor activities & gathering with family or colleagues. If you have time, you will choose this place again as an option for resting. The place is spacious but as input, please improve the cleanliness so that the experience of staying can be more extraordinary.

Dirty building, rooms made from truck containers. . Public toilets are disgusting. No lights, lots of animals, dirty. If you want to feel like you're in a toilet accompanied by frogs, worms, and others, you can try it here. Small, smelly, and stuffy rooms. It's better to just come directly. See the hotel facilities yourself. Don't be tempted by the ads in the pictures. Breakfast? That's it. Three-star hotel. Cleanliness is far inferior to a villa. Very bad.
