The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the swimming pool is nice, making the children happy so they feel at home swimming and want to stay longer at this hotel. The room is quite large so you can sleep well and the bathtub is big so it is nice to soak in, the hotel atmosphere is calm and cool, comfortable for resting.

A highly recommended hotel and worth it to stay, the location is very strategic close to everywhere and there are many food vendors around the hotel, even the hotel restaurant is open 24 hours so you don't have to worry if you're hungry at night, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the hotel atmosphere is also nice, especially the pool area at night, it's nice to have coffee while relaxing. Thank you Royal hotel, will be a regular if I go to Jember again 😍❤.

Clarity and firmness regarding non-smoking areas (especially inside the restaurant) One guest was smoking in the no-smoking area, but the staff didn't dare reprimand him. It seems that one of the staff (a superior) also smoked in the restaurant area, so the younger staff didn't dare reprimand him.

The hotel looks nice from the front, but when you look inside (1st floor), the hallway looks dark. The rooms are old, the cleanliness is so-so, the bath towels are very disappointing, because they are shabby. This hotel does not deserve to be considered 3 stars if you look at the rooms. If you want to stay here, you should bring your own bath towels.
