This hotel is so perfect, very near with market so it's just walking distance for evening culinary in Cisarua market, there are so much activities to explore, very nice forest ambiance, a lot of breakfast variety. I already plan to book this hotel again next year with my big family so they can enjoy our experience.

Excellent Family Getaway!
Our stay at Royal Safari Resort was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a true sense of relaxation. What really set this place apart was the incredible zoo and animal experiences right on the property. My kids were thrilled to feed the animals and ride the ponies—it was an unforgettable experience for them.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The pools were lovely, and the food options were great too. If you're looking for a unique, positive, and fun-filled family resort, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant staying here. The hotel area is spacious, there are many activities that can be done. There are lots of animals for children to see. Next time we will come here again.

Very pretty and well appointed resort / hotel. Product is great . Services are hit / miss … 1) I wish someone gives a tour of resort at check in (I was very lost trying to find my way around- it would be great to do so to get the full experience) 2) animal feeding / interaction : cafe sent to ticket counter which was empty - which was directed to some souvenir shop - then keeper was missing for 20mins - kids got frustrated & we ended up giving the purchase ticket back due to this disorganised chaos (needless) 3) housekeeping services - had to wait for 1 hour for room clean/bed sheet change, despite several calls/follow ups :( - that was frustrating especially if you’re trying to put tired toddlers to sleep
