The staff was friendly and helpful, I was check out early in the morning and I find 1 guy was in the reception, he was helping me a lot with the transportation to go to airport. the room was good and not so much noise so was perfect to had a good rest for those who has long trip

Some items should be replaced, like the trash can and bathtub lid, which are badly rusted. The bed sheets, though washed, are stained. The leaking paint on the walls has only been patched haphazardly. The bedroom mirror looks moldy. It could be better.

The hotel smells great, from the front room all the way down to the bedroom. 😁 The only thing I'd note is the security of the windows. I happened to be staying on the second floor, and there was one window that kids could easily open, and the window didn't have any security, which made me a little nervous.

Booking for the 3rd and resecjul was brought forward, but instead it was increased because the booked room was not available, okay, it ended up increasing to 1jt700 per night but the room was dirty, the resident was sweet but the pillow had blood stains, lots of dust, the bathtub water was yellow. The bathtub water was drained out into the water hole near the toilet and the bathroom was flooded with water, the water had to be taken out by myself. The AC was not cold, hah, it was disappointing

The AC is not cold enough, the sheets have lots of spots, it's been a long time since the sheets and pillows were changed, the refill water runs out when I want to drink, the mat is also not white anymore, the hot water is okay. Next, the cleanliness should be improved.
