The service and rooms are good and comfortable. The only downside is that the bathroom floor is slippery, causing the kids to slip even though they weren't running. The TV only has 4 channels, but only one can be viewed. The Wi-Fi sometimes connects, sometimes not. The breakfast is delicious, and the view is very pleasing to the eye. Thank you.

The hotel is very clean, all the staff are friendly from the security service to all the staff, very helpful. It's just that the breakfast menu is just so-so, not very varied. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay here, the next time I go to Tretes, I will stay at this hotel again.

If you're looking for a cool, quiet atmosphere, this is the place. The hotel is unique, with floors descending downwards, and the lobby is on the 7th floor. If you book a room and want air conditioning, I recommend the superior room. I booked a standard room and had to upgrade because I couldn't live without air conditioning. But even without air conditioning, it's still cool. It's very cold here. From my room, I could see the twinkling city lights while we sat and chatted on the balcony. Overall, it was okay. My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere here.

plan to look for a hotel close to Cimory and indeed this is the hotel I used to be here 10 years ago and there are a lot of changes.. it looks very old.. seen from the facilities that have not been touched by humans.. aka singup/surem.. disappointed again breakfast is not a buffet but choose the menu even though I like the taste.. the building is quite spacious and is also famous in the area.. the room I stayed in also needs a lot of renovation including the bathtub and the TV only has 3 channels so the children are bored and afraid to stay here.. we stayed on a weekday so there were only a few guests.. maybe there are a lot of employee reductions so it's like an old hotel that is not occupied and maintained.. and indeed the hotel competition now is also more than before..

staying with family, comfortable place, beautiful atmosphere, clean, friendly service...just input for the elevator, please fix it, coincidentally I brought my parents in a wheelchair, when I entered the elevator, it hadn't fully entered but the door was already closed, it seems the sensor needs to be repaired, but overall it was comfortable, the family was happy🩷

The service is very friendly, I checked in at 11:00 PM because I was waiting for my husband to come home from work and was on my way from Surabaya. The receptionists are 24 hours. In the middle of the night, they were still willing to help me park the car. The check-in process didn't take long, only required an identity document, no deposit. But it's possible that because the building is old, many of the paint on the balcony has peeled off, the refrigerator has turned yellow, but overall everything works well and the room is comfortable, all the facilities are working😊🥰
