Overall OK. If possible add outdoor hanger in pool and hanger in bathroom. Toilet shower need to be maintained as well. Resort staffs are friendly and helpful. Pastry in breakfast is the best, however need more variety in menu especially for children. Thanks

Wow. This is a very good hotel. I regret only choosing last night during the Traveloka epic sale, the price was 300 thousand / night. The rooms are very spacious, really feel comfortable & satisfied. Everything is fun & the service is satisfying, the breakfast has a lot of menu choices too., it's not good, only check-in must be at 15.00. A little advice, for the swimming pool floor it should need to be repaired because a lot of it comes loose, the kids club area is hot.

Old hotel, but still well maintained. The room ac is a bit leaky, it has been repaired. Maybe the drain pipe isn't in the right position. All the staff are very nice. The hotel has many activities for hotel guests. The size of the room is super spacious.

Very nice room. Relieved. The bathroom was also very comfortable. But it's quite a bit unpleasant, the rules change, for example, bring food to the room. Sometimes delivered, sometimes there is no delivery service. Then the surroundings are like a non-hotel villa property and very quiet. The hotel is quite far from everywhere. It was quite dark at night getting there. It is deeply regretted.

Recommended. Pelayanan super ramah. Mbak resepsionis detail banget menjelaskannya. Staf resto helpful banget. Ketika sarapan bisa dibuatkan coffee late dan mochacino oleh baristanya. Rasanya enak, suamiku pecinta kopi dan bilang enak sekali. Request dipenuhi. Dengan decor yang cantik ada balon balonnya. 2 malam 3 hari berasa kurang untuk menginap di sini.
