Upon arriving, security vehemently asked for my ID and unhelpful to finding the hotel. Room is not as brightly lit as advertised. Far parking spots.

The room was dirty and stuffy, the toilet light was off, the sheets were dirty and the air conditioner wasn't cold at all, the toilet door couldn't be closed and the toilet was dirty. It's really a room that looks like it's never been used. Disappointing.

For the accommodation location, it is quite recommended because it is close to places of food and entertainment, but for the room, this is the 2nd time I have stayed here, this time I got a room that was a bit less clean and there was little water for bathing. For pretty friendly service.

I paid for a deluxe room of 291 thousand per room, I ordered 2 rooms because we were 4. Arriving at the rukost, instead of being shown the room first, I was asked to pay. After that, we were taken to our room which was located a few blocks away. Only given a standard room with an area of 12m2. The deluxe room is 15m2. Out of frustration, we immediately checked out right away, even though the money was not returned. The officer said, if you ask for money back, ask Traveloka. Need a place to stay again, I won't be here again.
