Kang Dede was really a good host, friendly, polite and very helpful during our stay there. Even though it is not a new building, the villa is quite well maintained with 8 large rooms, consisting of 2 buildings, each with 4 rooms on 2 floors, in the middle there is a swimming pool, which can accommodate 30 people. There is an extra charge of 100 thousand/person/day for guests of more than 16 people. It's quite worth it, because breakfast and afternoon snacks are provided for free.

It is a super great place to stay in Bali with your big family, it has many bedrooms, and large swimming pool. And the location is near from The Saba Beach where you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise. Sure will be back again in the near future. Thanks for the friendly and helpful staffs, matur suksma blii 🙏🏻

The villa is very nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms are also many and spacious, even though there was a time when the AC died but the technician was very responsive and fixed it right away. Lots of seating such as gazebos and even on the rooftop. Get free breakfast, wifi is fast. By the way I am with a lot of people about 15 people with a lot of small children, all quite and happy.

The staff are friendly and helpful, we stayed 2 nights, but the quality provided was unsatisfactory, when first arrived, given a very bland welccome drink, we stayed with more than the specified quota of 25 people while the quota was 16 people, the Host gave a charge of 100 per person per night for breakfast only without extra bed, but we suggest not to take breakfast as compensation for the charge, so the 16 pax breakfast that we did not take, we feel is sufficient to meet the charge (3.2 so if counted 100 per person whereas), the host agrees, but then we are charged a cleanliness charge again at a cost of 300 thousand for 2 nights, as for the condition of the villa was less satisfactory, lack of electricity so that frequent power cuts, we are not allowed to use warm water to avoid power failure , But still it does not use warm water, but still several times to turn off electricity, the water did not m encased up to the 2nd floor, so the bathroom inside the 2nd floor room can't be used, We 25 people had to take turns using only 3 bathrooms downstairs because the other one was clogged (in total there were 4 rooms on the floor. 1), We also have to replace the loss for a table that is fragile because of broken-down (woven plastic table that is sun-dried on the floor. 3) The host does not understand the concept of the host, Also the host does not want to give the owner contact when we want to complain, but the problem has been resolved and we already replace the loss, Suggestions for those of you who will stay overnight so you should not use the table because it is very fragile, Some items are already fragile maybe because it has been a long time, such as bathroom doors and beds that sound and shake, we recommend for those of you who will stay overnight so be careful not to replace items that are indeed fragile, the villa is also lacking for privacy, because the staff always pay attention to what we do, the rest is good, the condition of the villa is good and clean and large so that it accommodates 25 people does not make the villa feel small.
