This hotel is quite affordable and they really appreciated me for staying the 1st time by upgrading my room from STUDIO to SUPERIOR DOUBLE for a night. Next day, I booked DELUXE DOUBLE and wanted to downgrade it after a few days, but surprisingly they still let us stay in DELUXE DOUBLE with the price of a SUPERIOR room. I appreciated it so much because I went to Jogja due to the urgency of passing ceremony of my late grandmother. So, kudos to Christine and team! I will definitely go back staying here when I'm back to Jogja. Thank you!

The room was spacious, and the hotel was in a strategic location, close to everything. The hotel service was very friendly. This 3-star hotel felt like a 4-star hotel. I was so happy to be able to staycation at this hotel. I stayed for 4 nights. I didn't regret it, the hotel area is also quiet and close to the Galleria Mall, and there are many food options if you are willing to walk. In my opinion, this hotel is worth it. If I come to Jogja again, I hope I can stay at this hotel again❤️

Everything is good enough except there are no towel facilities for those who swim, so bring your own towel from the room which is so cool and soaked towels, yes if the towel is new, it already looks all worn out, so forget it. One more thing, two sandals from the hotel broke, I was informed that they would send new ones but until checkout there was no replacement from the bagman. The friendliness of the staff varies, some are just rude, even passing by there is no smile or greeting even the receptionist, but that's not a problem for us because we don't care hehe. Overall it's okay.

All the hotel staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable, the location wasn't far from the city center, and the surrounding alleys were quiet and peaceful. The rooms were quite comfortable. The only downside was the playground located outside the rooms (near the lobby). It looked poorly maintained, and many of the toys were broken. Hopefully, it will improve in the future. I'll likely stay here again ❤️
