This place is beyond amazing; I stayed for 3 nights and never once had ever complained about anything. The room and surrounding are exquisite, the service is top notch, and the beach is really near. I had the best get away ever in Bali. Thank you, SAl !

A lovely relaxing stay at this beautiful property. All staff were so welcoming and polite. The food was absolutely delicious. The rooms are beautiful and better than the pictures. I loved all of the small touches - filtered glass water bottle replenished each day vs plastic bottles, including mini bar snack options, beach bag and pashminas and the suggestions on where to eat and visit. I have already recommended this place to family and friends and will definitely be coming back here to stay.

The main building is situated approximately 200 meters from the beach and has the restaurant, outdoor pool, bar/lounge area, the Superior Rooms, the Standard Rooms, and Suites. The second building, Sal Beach, is a 15-minute walk away and is located in Bingin Beach. It houses the Deluxe Apartments and Deluxe Rooms. Access to the building is through long stairs.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.

Completely inaccurate listing. The location is completely different. The room has no beach views, views of trash outside the windows… you can’t see outside the the windows as blinds are drawn (for a reason) horrific views. There’s no pool at the property, the photos are of a different location no where near the room. The shower overflows into the room. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Booked 3 nights checked out after a night and the property wouldn’t refund the remaining nights even after mentioning the problems and inaccuracies in the listing, such a terrible experience right at the start of an holiday. Hotels.com also failed to refund as the property wouldn’t allow it… even if the listings completely inaccurate!

It was truly a beautiful stay! The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the view and ocean rooms were BEAUTIFUL! Could’ve stayed forever! Will definitely be back !
