I really like this hotel and it's fun. I've been staying here for 2 weeks and I still want to stay here again. The view of the hotel is beautiful, there is a small garden in front of the room, and the swimming pool is very clean. All the staff, without exception, are very friendly and helpful. You can make free coffee at any time which is provided in the lobby when you enter the hotel. The room is big and clean. The room is always cleaned every day. Overall, I like it and it's safe and comfortable, starting from the atmosphere, facilities, location, and staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Overall I am satisfied staying here, the service is quite responsive when the electricity went out the hotel offered to move rooms for 1 night, stayed 4 nights only 1 night the hot water tap was on, the rest were not on again. There is no water heater facility in the room in the regular price class I stayed, hot water has to go to the lobby with a dispenser, the distance is quite far from the room ... if only there was a dispenser on each room path it would still make it easier for customers ... it is recommended but for facilities that make it easier for elderly customers need to be considered ... especially if you get a room up and down stairs ...

There are no lights in front of the room. The bathroom water is brackish. The sheets are dirty with stains, the towels are also dirty and still used and have not been replaced. Stayed 2 nights and were only given 1 small Cleo water. The dispenser is only near the receptionist, if you have a room at the back, getting water is very troublesome and far. Try to teach the staff more about hospitality

I didn't expect there to be a hotel this good and cheap in Legian, the only thing that needs to be fixed is the toilet is slippery and the toilet is stained and the towels smell musty. But the other facilities are very clean, the hotel design is also very good

Maybe because it's under renovation, so there's a bit less help from the receptionist. For the others, it's okay, but yeah, the cleanliness of the room should be cleaned every day, and the towels should also be changed once a day. The rest is good.
