The experience of staying here is quite pleasant by booking a family room type. The housekeeping is very friendly, cleanliness is okay, easy access, only the water heater for hot water does not come out. Hopefully it will be an improvement for the future.

very dirty room, dirty bathroom, broken toilet seat, dangerous if you sit on it can hurt, broken doors, broken TV.. very bad facilities and very poorly maintained. not worth it for that price and not in accordance with the photos listed in the application..
Please hotel management to pay more attention to the facilities and comfort of visitors so that it can be better in the future. tks🙏🏻

Very disappointed, the room was paid for at a standard price but the room was not as expected, where the toilet light was off. The room was dark, there was a real photo.

The place is comfortable, clean, good for jogging in the morning and close to the place to have dinner on the side of Murmer coffee road, and also close to Kawah Putih

Not according to the photo. Towels are not available. In front of the bathroom there is a 5 kilo gas.

I swear I thought the price was really worth it, but it turns out it's not. The toilet smells really bad, the mattress and sheets look like they've been there for a long time. The TV is also an ancient TV. Plus, this hotel is close to the White Crater. When we first arrived, the guard wasn't there, then we were told to wait 40 minutes, even though we were really tired of driving the vehicle.

The service is friendly but maybe for families who are confused about just a bed, this could be a recommendation. But for us, this is very lacking. It's better to add 50k or 100 to get a better and more comfortable place for our family. So confused. We only lasted until 5 am before leaving.
