The location is very good with a direct view of G. Rinjani and Pergasingan hills where most climbers are hunted. Equipped with a beautiful swimming pool and clean and cold water. pretty good service (familiar). it's just that the morning food provided is very simple, but it's still OK.

The room is so tiny, door cannot closed correctly. Dirty and smell bathroom located outside, there's a hole at the door, and cannot closed correctly. When asking to repair, they just put a rubber wrap. Someone are using the bathroom, they left their stuff inside, then the staff show up asking to theirs. Very old style management. Its become bad to worse when having a breakfast, taste bad, and we have to order night before, but it is not ready when breakfast anyway. Not worth to pay. You can get much much better hotel nearby with this such price. The only good thing for this hotel, this hotel located on sembalun with rinjani view, and that's it. Very very disappointed. Are willing going back to this hotel? Definitely a big no

Not according to what is written, villa and restaurant, it turns out the restaurant is only open at breakfast and dinner, So when checking in told to look for another restaurant, as a result starving and forced to look for lunch outside. On the sign is written travel apple, strawberry, vegetables, and the results are all zonk. laundry, also not there, he said the staff were all busy. the worst breakfast, there was no notification of what the breakfast menu was, and we had to wait until 8 o'clock, and even then some guests and including me had to get angry because of hunger. finally, for me, very disappointed. And the only thing that's entertaining is really beautiful views of Sembalun.
