It is the first time stay at senetan villa and the place is so comfortable. Far from the noise of the city makes this place worthy to be the best healing place. Hotel terbaik yang pernah saya pesan. Mulai dari disambut sejak parkir mobil, proses check in yang cepat, diberi kalungan bunga, welcome drink yang segar sekali, diberi free foot massage, kamar tidur dan kamar mandi yang luas, welcome fruit pun juga ada di kamar. Harga makanan pun masih ok di restonya. Agak kaget juga karena porsinya besar hehehe. Suami saya pesan kakap asam manis, pas pesanan datang langsung kami ragu apa bakal habis, ternyata habis 😄 malah katanya enak banget! Sarapannya pun enak dan porsinya juga termasuk besar. Semua staff ramah, bahkan waktu kami tanya seperti apa villa-nya, kami diijinkan melihat ke villa yang pemesannya baru check out. Wow! Luar biasa! Sepertinya harus balik menginap lagi ke sini, pesan yang villa, dengan membawa anak-anak, pasti mereka akan suka. Sekedar masukan untuk pengelola, barangkali bisa diberi rak handuk gantung di kamar mandinya (bungalow) karena tidak ada gantungan untuk baju di sana dan lampu di kamar mandi bisa lebih terang. Terima kasih.

Very satisfying service starting from friendly, informative staff, to providing additional services in the form of a welcome foot massage after checking in at the villa. The villa is very well maintained and is suitable for spending quality time with family / partner because the location is quite beautiful and far from the crowds. Literally hidden gem that I would recommend to. Bravo!

Secara keseluruhan bagus, tapi = (ada lampiran photo) 1. Kamar type bungalow garden view berada di belakang dapur restaurant. 2. Bau busuk atau tidak enak dilingkungan kamar. Saran saya =1. Kamar tersebut tidak layak dihuni karena posisi dibelakang dapur restaurant. 2. Perbaiki saluran pembuangan didepan kamar. Semoga ke depan nya senetan lebih baik. Cayoo. Terima kasih
