A budget hotel with a strategic location, close to a minimarket, ATM, and culinary center. The downside is that the bathroom is small compared to the room and is a bit dirty. The Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't connect.

Strategic location, close to culinary stations, minimarkets, and ATMs. We recommend choosing a superior room, as those with shared bathrooms aren't worth it. The room's ambiance is good, and it has a smart TV. The only thing that needs some maintenance is the table and bathroom.

The location is very strategic, but the staff is not very informative about the room types. I was given a room with a top bed, but I requested to be moved to a room with a bottom bed, which was not possible due to unprofessional reasons. The room ambiance is decent. There is a smart TV, but there is no AC. There is a Hexos that cannot be adjusted in size. There are not enough bathrooms, not commensurate with the number of rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I chatted with them. For a room at that price, it was definitely worth it. However, there's no air conditioning, as it's small, as I booked a single room. The bathroom is shared. There's a 100,000 IDR deposit. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in Jakarta.

For single bedrooms Advantages - Clean, comfortable room, spacious bed - Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc. - Separate toilet and shower area. The toilet is clean and fragrant. The shower is clean, has fast-flowing, hot water, and three shower types. - Strategic location near minimarkets, the commuter line (KRL) and the BRT (Juanda) station. Disadvantages - No air conditioning inside, only a blower that draws air from the hallway. It makes the room feel like it doesn't have air conditioning. *Note: IDR 100,000 deposit required

It's terrible, I complained about a stuffy room but was ignored and ignored. They preferred to disappoint customers rather than find a solution to the stuffy room problem, even though it was enough to move the room and turn on the AC. But they still claimed it was already entered into the system. Remember, the system is only administrative (recording), what you are selling is a service. I am very disappointed.
